Nexus 86 distinguishes itself from other organizations that help connect executives to other executives from around the country by being focused on the experience necessary to generate the best results in the lives of our members. Additionally, since all meetings are held virtually we are beyond the confines of your city. Our reach and your reach is global as we move towards a global economy. We continually source world class benefits geared to making aspects of our members’ lives easy and more productive. To create this experience, we’ve designed a program that allows your mind to be as free from distraction to create the life you want for you and your company. Our goal is to make you a World Class leader, leading a World Class company.
Meetings are held every 6 weeks in 4 to 5 hour (generally morning) uninterrupted blocks. Times vary depending on the group and members geographical location.. This time frame was chosen because it allows each member the opportunity to address their needs and take away something for their business to move towards World Class. Distractions are fewer during these hours, which allows the mind to be focused and free to think strategically.
Meetings are facilitated by a dedicated executive coach. Each meeting is run virtually with the goal to keep conversations moving and issues that members need to discuss resolved with solutions from the group efficiently.
Accountability forum. Each meeting has roughly 30 minutes of standard agenda time for member to member accountability reporting. Each member can choose to report to others the progress they’ve made on their plan or the ideas they were given by other members to pursue.
Opening meditation to focus the mind. 8/6 meetings open with five minutes of guided meditation that helps clear the mind of distractions and prepare it for the meeting ahead. Often, members take these exercises and begin to incorporate them into their own lives.
Thought leaders as guest speakers. We frequently bring in guest speakers to discuss a range of topics of interest to club members and activate new thinking.
Research and insights. Harnessing industry-leading experts to generate valuable knowledge for small to medium enterprises. The in-depth research, evaluations, and online seminars equip your company to tackle upcoming challenges.
While each Board and group is unique and limited to eight to ten members, there are opportunities to meet the broader Nexus 86 community and make connections that will expand your network and expand your business.
