The first chapter of the club was formed in Indianapolis with a former Silicon Valley entrepreneur and eight business owners who had come from other executive programs and found them lacking.

Together, they crafted a solution that would cater to an exclusive profile of goal driven, accountability seeking continual learners who are on a perpetual quest to be the best employer, community leader, friend, spouse and mentor they can be.
